There is no pitch waiting at the other end of this. I read every enquiry myself, and the more you can tell me about what is actually taking your time, the more useful my reply will be.

When you send an enquiry through this site I collect your name, your email address, your business name or website if you choose to give it, and whatever you tell me in the two message fields and the timing question.
It comes to me by email and is stored in my inbox and in the records I keep of enquiries. I use it to answer you, and if we go on to work together, to set that work up. I do not add you to a mailing list, I do not use it for marketing, and I do not share or sell it.
I keep enquiries for twelve months so that I have the context if you come back to me later, and then I delete them. If you would rather I deleted yours sooner, email me at tiana@tianacampbell.com and I will.
The site runs on Shopify, so your submission passes through Shopify's systems on the way to me, and Shopify's own privacy terms apply to that as well.
I will come back to you usually within one business day, working across Australian and Asia Pacific time zones. If it looks like a fit, that reply will include what I would take on and how I would structure it, in writing, so you can sit with it in your own time.
